The Richardson Program is a health and wellness organization that aims at providing fitness solutions with the help of effective training programs to aid in weight loss. Lifelong fitness is our objective.

Performance private training function
We offer a wide range of programs, including 1 on 1 private training, functional movement, performance coaching, weight loss, team training, small group training, and more. Our aim is to find a place for our style of training alongside the traditional modalities available today.
Functional movement and mental and fitness training
We advocate the use of movement-driven training, as we believe that functional movement has many benefits both in and out of a training environment, allowing you to live and move better everyday.
Cost effective and mental fitness
We provide a safe, sustainable, time and cost-effective approach to achieving desirable fitness levels as determined by some of the world’s leading organizations (such as the CDC, ACSM, and Presidents Council). We help individuals lead an elevated quality of life through a holistic approach to physical fitness.
